Objectives

To encourage the export of dairy products and promote, develop and coordinate among their associates the study, research and information about markets, business opportunities and the technological development of these products.

To represent our associates before the State Administration Bodies, especially including the Ministries and Public Services, and private organizations that are related to this export sector.

To represent our partners before international organizations and other countries and actively participate in negotiations of trade agreements between Chile and other nations.

Ensure and promote in the Sector, the application of the best practices of transparency and respect for the regulations on free competition. Likewise, it will be a special concern of the Association to ensure the prestige and qualification of the products of its associates, and the fulfillment of ethical norms in its production and commercialization.

To cooperate with public and private entities in advising and developing policies and standards related to the production, formulation, registration, and labeling of dairy products and their raw materials and, particularly, in everything that concerns both national and international food regulations.

To assist associates in promoting their commercial export activities, particularly in congresses, conferences, fairs and exhibitions both at home and abroad.

To stimulate economic, scientific and technical research on the products of its associates and publish information particularly of a technical and statistical nature.

Maintain relationships with other trade organizations or related national and foreign entities.

In general, to defend interests, promote the development, progress, professional development and protection of the export activity of dairy products, within the framework of good practices and respect for free competition.
